The Development
Two Towers.
One Vision.
Habitura was conceived as a response to the demand for genuine quality in the Rīga residential market. Two towers — each twelve floors — rising from a shared podium in the city centre, united by a coherent architectural language and a shared commitment to craft.
The name is a statement of intent. ‘Habitura’ derives from the Latin habitare — to dwell, to inhabit. It speaks to the belief that a home is not merely a shelter, but a place where life is lived to its fullest.

Authenticity
Every material is chosen for its honesty. Stone, glass, and steel are allowed to speak for themselves — never masked, never falsified.
Proportion
Spaces are conceived in relation to the human body and the city beyond. Neither too modest nor extravagant — always precise.
